Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of eSIMs on Datayop. (Template — have it reviewed by a lawyer.)

1. Purpose

Datayop sells data eSIMs for travel use. Plans are described on destination pages (volume, duration, tax-included price).

2. Order and delivery

The order is confirmed after payment. The eSIM (QR code + activation code) is delivered instantly on screen and by email.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown tax included. Payment is by card and other methods offered at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal

As digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the eSIM is activated. See the refund policy.

5. Validity and unused data

Each plan has a validity period shown before purchase, starting when the eSIM is activated. Once it ends, the eSIM expires and any unused gigabytes are lost. An eSIM that is still valid can be topped up at any time from its install page.
